Shipping and Import Information for Norwegian B2B customers:

Please enter your Norwegian VAT/MVA number at checkout.

We ship orders to Norway with a 280 NOK flat rate, which includes shipping and import handling fees. You will not have to pay anything directly upon arrival of the package.

There are no customs duties on greeting cards. Norwegian import VAT/MVA of 25% still applies.

If your business is VAT/MVA registered in Norway, you will not pay the import VAT directly upon delivery. Instead, the import VAT is handled through your Norwegian VAT return.

This means:

1. You receive our invoice via email. The import VAT documentation is handled by the carrier and made available through Altinn, usually in the monthly declaration overview. Altinn will notify you by email once it is available.

2. You keep our invoice and the import VAT documentation for your records and use them when filing your Norwegian VAT return. The 25% import VAT is reported there and deducted as input VAT.

3. The import VAT is therefore offset in your VAT return.

Import of Displays:

Regarding the import of the card displays, we will cover all import charges. The customer will receive the displays at no cost and does not need to take any further action.

Additional information:

There will be one delivery attempt. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be brought to a nearby pickup point.

You will be notified by email which pickup point the package has been brought to, and you will have one week to collect it from there.

If you are unable to collect it within one week, you can extend the pickup window to a total of two weeks on the Posten/Bring website.
